Valley View’s Policies

Below are our policies for our campground.

Account changes

Address / Phone number / Vehicle changes to account may be made at any time.
The primary or secondary account holder may only be changed once a year. If a primary account holder adds someone to their policy as a secondary policy holder, that change cannot be undone until the first visit next year.
If a primary account holder is moved to be a secondary account holder on someone else’s account, the original account will be deactivated and may not be activated again until the first visit next year.

Account persons

An account consists of 1 adult, 2 adults or 2 adults plus minor children.

After hour arrivals

Overnight and day visitors that need to pay at the office must arrive during office hours. If you realize you’re going to be late, please contact the office to make arrangements.

Children

Children under 18 are not permitted on the grounds without a parent or guardian.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Communication

Office staff will do our best to answer phone calls and messages and assist you in what you need. It is our policy that we DO NOT leave messages (email, phone call or text).

Damage

If it is found that you have damaged property, you will be asked to pay for the damage to be fixed. Failure to pay for the damage you cause may result in legal charges and expulsion from the campground.

Membership

Valley View requires a membership to be a guest at our campground. You may either purchase a package (bronze / silver / gold) OR you may purchase an AANR membership.
Exceptions: The only times that you do not have to have a
membership is…
1. On your very first visit. We allow you to visit for 1 day as a trial period so that you may experience our camp and decide whether you would like to return.
2. On volleyball / music festival weekend and car show weekends. Everyone may visit on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of volleyball / music festival and car show weekend without a membership.

Overstay

Guests who overstay their allotted time to visit the campground may be charged and if repeated, it may lead to an expulsion from the property.
Overnight guests are expected to leave promptly at 11am the next day. Guests who do not leave on time may be charged an additional daily grounds fee or extended stay fee.

Refunds

Deposits made to secure a reservation will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours or visitor is a no-show.
Deposits made to secure a reservation will be credited to the account if cancelled 72 hours before the reservation date.
Mistakes of incorrect charges through the office will be refunded.
All credits of past deposits are good for future reservations through the same year and DO NOT carry over to the next summer.

Reservations

Whether online or in the office, reservations will only be secured once your deposit is made.

Tours

Anyone may request a tour of the grounds during office hours only. During busy times, staff may not be able to accommodate a tour. All guests MUST BE completely naked for their tour. For best results, call ahead or visit during mornings on Monday – Thursday.

Visits to grounds

Visitors may come onto the grounds to: take a tour, pick up a stored camper, conduct business in the office or drop / pick up a registered guest. Any visitor on the grounds for longer than 30 minutes will be charged a daily grounds fee.
Exceptions:
– Law enforcement officers
– Emergency staff (ambulance, fire fighters, EMT)
– Delivery personnel
– Hired maintenance or repair personnel
